Master Yun will offer a seminar on practical applications of short staff in Chinese Kung Fu. The class will consist of simple drills and postures showing how to use a short staff in a fighting situation. There will be solo and partner drills and short staffs will be provided. You will quickly learn to master the fundamentals of this exciting fighting technique.
Whether you are new to martial arts or refining years of practice, this workshop offers valuable skills and deeper insight into this respected fighting art. All ages welcome.
